Mr. Cooper began working with Pryor & Bruce as of-counsel in 2017. Since arriving at Pryor & Bruce, he has worked on complex commercial litigation and commercial real estate litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Cooper received a J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2008, where he was the Chief Articles Editor of The Review of Litigation. After graduation he spent one year working in the London office of an international law firm before returning to Texas to clerk for the Honorable Jorge A. Solis of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. After his clerkship, Mr. Cooper remained in Dallas, working as a litigation associate at the international law firm Dentons.

Mr. Cooper is licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, all Texas state courts and all New York state courts.
