Matt Hill is a trial lawyer with significant experience litigating complex commercial, employment, and other business disputes. He has been lead counsel in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals and has successfully litigated cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Hill is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and in all Texas state courts. Mr. Hill graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2001 and also has an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Mr. Hill started his career at Hughes & Luce (now K&L Gates), where he represented and advised employers and litigated commercial cases. After working at the national employment defense firm Littler Mendelson, Mr. Hill started his own law firm in which he predominantly handled employment litigation and non-compete disputes and advised executives in severance negotiations. After obtaining consistently successful results for his clients, Mr. Hill began working with Pryor & Bruce of-counsel in 2009. Since arriving at Pryor & Bruce, Mr. Hill has worked on complex commercial, real estate, employment, and other business litigation at both the trial and appellate level.
