Mica Pryor was born in Kansas in 1960. She graduated, cum laude, from Trinity University in 1982 with a B.A. in English. She received her J.D. with high honors from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1985, where she was a member of the Law Review and The Order of the Coif. Ms. Pryor has practiced in the business litigation section of the Oklahoma City firm Hartzog Conger & Cason and in the real estate & finance sections of the Dallas firm Hughes & Luce (now K&L Gates), and was Senior Real Estate Counsel for American Airlines, acting as the company’s legal liaison with the City of Chicago for real estate and finance issues at American’s Chicago O’Hare hub and with other airport authorities.
